the one main thing i lerned about the medevil ages is that they sucked. Even nobles and kings lived in huge dark castles with nothing to do. The kings could give land to vassels who would promise loyalty to them. if you were poor you could be a peasent or a serf which is bassicly owned by whoever owned the land. but in return they got protectin. other job options were a merchant. this was a difficult job option but if you played your cards right you could become very rich. being a monk was no fun. you went to over 5 church services and could hardley ever talk
